I reached out to this NGO with several puppies suffering from severe parvo cases. Their condition was critical when I brought them in, and honestly, I was very worried. Today, I am truly grateful and happy to say that every single puppy survived. The care, dedication, and effort this NGO put into their treatment is beyond words. They didn’t just treat them—they gave them a second chance at life. Seeing the puppies healthy, active, and stronger again is incredibly heart-warming. This NGO has done so much for them, and their compassion and commitment to animal welfare truly deserve appreciation and respect. Thank you for the amazing work you do for animals who need it the most. 🙏🐾

A place where humanity and compassion are still alive, and you can truly feel it the moment you step in. Last month, I visited this shelter to leave three orphaned puppies. Without asking a single question, they accepted all the puppies with kindness and responsibility. The surroundings are very clean and well organized, and proper vaccination arrangements are in place for every puppy. I was especially impressed by Mam, who is extremely helpful, caring, and genuinely devoted to the welfare of the animals. If you are thinking of adopting a dog and want to choose a place where animals are treated with love and respect, this is definitely one of the best places to visit. Highly recommended.

This NGO is doing god’s work for animals who cannot speak for themselves. From rescue to recovery, they put their whole heart into saving lives. The team is kind, committed, and genuinely cares about every animal they help. Seeing their work restores faith in humanity. Truly grateful for what they do for animals and society. Visiting this place was truly eye opening for me personally. And i have made my mind to keep visiting the place and collaborate. They have selflessly accepted the puppies which i bought to them. Even though with less donations and more stomach to fill , the people of this NGO have a bigger vision which i have understood in a deeper level. People FOR ANIMAL. 🙏

We regret not checking the negative reviews about this shelter before admitting our three-year-old pet. Due to unavoidable personal reasons, we had to keep him there for some time. Our pet was admitted on 5th January. At that time, we were informed that no photos would be shared during his stay, and we trusted them. The shelter charged us ₹9,000 for his care. After 30 days, we received a sudden call informing us that our pet had passed away. When we asked for the reason, we were told that they did not know the cause of death. This response is very concerning. Our dog was healthy when we admitted him; however, in the photos shared with us on the day of his death, he appeared very thin. This raises serious concerns about whether he was given proper food and care. When we visited the shelter, there were many other dogs present. Later, we were informed that all of them had been adopted. This information raises doubts and concerns about the shelter’s honesty and transparency. It is disappointing that the shelter collected fees but failed to ensure proper care, safety, and well-being of the animals entrusted to them.

I don’t understand the negative comment and the shaming of this organisation run by an old respected lady that has nothing much herself. I visited I saw it with my own eyes. Everything is accurate and what’s the crime to ask for a little help from people for rice, medicines, kennel washes, food etc etc. if you can’t help and just judge just cause your sentiments are hurt in some form don’t spit venom on a social worker. I’m an activist myself I run a small shelter in Shillong about 29 animals and people trash me for helping the needy animals and let’s not talk about the cost workers 50,000 per month, rice 5000, meat veggies medicines 20000 per month. Guys please consider before any remarks it won’t hurt Amma but it hurts the animals under her care. Ty

They kill dogs or sells them! God knows what fraudulent activities goes on in the name of shelter! They took in 2 DOGS of our locality for time being, we would've brought them back. We even had check ups done of each dog by veterinarian before sending them, 1 was completely fine & 1 had certain condition. We visited them daily but due to excessive rain & water logging we couldn't visit for 2 days so we called them up asking about our dogs, we were informed only then, that our HEALTHIER DOG has DIED, so we wanted to see her 1 last time, but they didn't allow us saying they had "ALREADY DISPOSED OFF THE BODY" As for the 2nd one, we even PAID them for treatment & visited regularly. We told them consistently to inform us whatever happens. But again due to heavy rain we were unable to visit & when we called them up, then only they thought of informing us that our 2nd DOG has DIED & we can't see her cuz they had "ALREADY DISPOSED OFF THE BODY". Also the unhygienic conditions!During our visits I had seen kittens in a cage, they died one after another & 1 dead cat was left in the cage for 3 days along with other kittens that were alive. Infact the authority knew about that. I have seen many new cats, new dogs enter the shelter, but I've seen none of them survive. They only keep 7-8 handicapped dogs for showcasing purposes. There are lots of other things which are far worse. Can't even describe them. Even 1 star is a lot to rate them.

My sister has admitted many dogs here some with illness for treatment and some for shelter . They take care of them so well . Almost all the dogs have recovered well and they get timely meals with good shelter and covering for their body . Great work by these people in these times .
