I recently visited this Punjabi-style dhaba just off GS Road near the airport and here’s my honest take Best Part for me: Vegetarian & Non-vegetarian sections are totally separated. Food & Taste: The menu has a wide variety of North Indian classics — tandoori rotis, butter chicken, chicken tikka, dal, Chinese options and some snacks like pav bhaji and lassi. While many people enjoy the comforting, familiar flavours and hearty portions, a number of diners also felt that some dishes can be bland or inconsistent in taste and seasoning. Some reviewers even mentioned issues like sour lassi or underwhelming preparations. Quantity & Variety: Portion sizes are generally generous, and you won’t go hungry. Service: Service here is mixed. Some people found the staff friendly and quick, while others called it slow and inattentive. Cleanliness & Ambience: Being a casual dhaba, the atmosphere is simple and functional, not fancy. Cleanliness gets mixed reviews — some say it’s decent, others felt it could be better. It’s more of a roadside / casual stop vibe than a polished restaurant. Value for Money: A little overpriced for what you get, but in Guwahati you won't get North Indian taste like this in many places. Location Perks: It’s conveniently located near the airport and on the road connecting to Guwahati Overall: ⭐ 3–4★ experience depending on what you order and when you visit. Good choice if you want a quick, familiar North Indian meal near Azara/Borjhar, but don’t expect premium restaurant quality every time. Would recommend trying lassi or tandoori items if the kitchen’s on point that day, but keep expectations realistic — it’s a dhaba experience, not fine dining.

This restaurant is located in the airport road. Henceforth it tends to stay busy at almost all times. Visited at around 1.30pm and it was busy as usual. Order myself a paper masala dosa for Rs. 220. There are both veg and non veg options available. The dosa and its sides were pretty flavourful. Service can be a bit slow. They also offer a complimentary halwa which was decent. There is dedicated parking space for the vehicles.

Stopped by Saradarji Da Dhaba near Guwahati Airport for breakfast. We tried a variety of dishes: the Aloo Paratha was outstanding and definitely the highlight of the meal. The Chole Bhature was decent, but the Plain Dosa was a bit of a letdown and could have been better prepared. We also had the Masala Tea, which was quite nice. However, I have to mention a serious hygiene concern: I noticed a mosquito in the sambar, which was disappointing. Additionally, the prices felt a bit high for the overall experience and quality. Great parathas, but they really need to work on cleanliness and consistency.

Lovely place to have north Indian food. I usually prefer their veg items. Food items are tasty but expensive compared to other outlets.

We stopped here for quick breakfast, limited items only available dosa, paratha and chole poori, food quality was good and service was quick but also depends on crowd. They also have seperate kitchen for veg and non veg food.

Yesterday, my colleagues and I visited Sardarji Da Dhaba (Non-Veg), Azara, and we were extremely disappointed with the quality and taste of the food. Whatever we ordered was below average in taste and freshness. What concerned us the most was that the chicken served looked undercooked, and we even noticed blood coming out from the pieces. When we brought this to the staff’s attention, we only received a smile in response—no clarification, no apology. That was quite unprofessional and unhygienic. A few days earlier, I had also tried their biryani, and the taste was already below average. This visit confirmed our disappointment. From a brand with such popularity, we expected much better quality, hygiene, and customer service. I hope the management seriously looks into food quality, proper cooking, and customer handling so that others do not face the same issue. As of now, it was a very disappointing experience.

Wide range of varities of food available. Ordered pav bhaji, tandoori chicken tikka. Pav bhaji tasted good, but pav is too small. Chicken tikka is with bone, juicy and spicy. Taste is good. But all the items are overpriced here. But this is the only good spot near Guwahati airport.

Thought of have a decent breakfast, but it breaks the myth!!! Worst brunch we had.... Uncooked parantha, tasteless filling and expensive so much...which doesn't match the service provided... Notified telhe waitress about raw and uncooked paranthas, she took our olat and re heated the same. But again, the same scenario, uncooked meal again, this time notifies the owner and he listened with the blank face of emotions na asked us to pay the price of 510rs for the meal of 2, which we paid....! But think again, before visiting this place... Disgusted and frustrated, paid the price and left !!
