Hasrat

We recently dined at Hasrat, overall it was a really satisfying experience. We specifically went there to try the lamb kibbeh with toum, but unfortunately, it wasn’t available which was a bit disappointing as that was one of the main reasons for our visit. For starters, we ordered Galouti 2.0 and pulled chicken chimichurri tacos. The tacos were absolutely amazing, super juicy with a perfect balance of flavours, easily one of the highlights of our meal. The galouti was incredibly tender, literally melting in the mouth. For drinks, we tried Kazi Nimbu, ginger soda, and Gintastic Coconut Summer. The drinks were refreshing and well crafted, though I personally found the Gintastic Coconut Summer slightly on the bitter side. Other than that, no complaints at all. For the main course, we had chicken chettinad spice pot with Malabar paratha and mutton rogan josh with laccha paratha. Both the chicken and mutton were cooked beautifully, soft, flavourful, and breaking apart effortlessly. The spices were well balanced and complemented the breads perfectly. A special mention to Diganta, who was extremely helpful and attentive throughout the meal, making the experience even better with his warm service. Despite the one dish being unavailable, everything else exceeded expectations. Great food, great service, and a lovely dining experience overall. Definitely a solid 10/10 and worth visiting❤️

Food was good but it can be better in taste, galouti kebab needs to be more soft and hyderabadi biryani taste can be better, staff is polite and courteous, drinks were excellent, food is expensive so we expect better food in taste, keep up the good service...!!!😊

The food here was very good. Padam Chetry was helpful and attentive throughout. The experience was great.

The food is great and awesome, the place is peaceful and gives royal vibes, and the staff is the best so sweet and humble and caring towards their customer.

At Hasrat, we only tried their chaat and then left. Honestly, I wasn't expecting just five puchkas, and there was no sign of avocado or anything special. The service also took much longer than expected, which added to the disappointment. Overall, it didn’t quite meet my expectations. But the atmosphere at Hasrat is truly royal, adding a touch of elegance and grandeur to the dining experience.

We had a great time eating there as it was very welcoming by the staff and the ambience was quite appealing and serene. We loved their soft music set list which let the people to converse properly. Coming up to the food menu it was very different from the other restaurant in this town and quality was really good. Special thanks to DIGANTA for making us feel like home and listening to our requests properly. The chef Mr. SUROJIT GOSWAMI needs a standing ovation because he prepared the food so beautifully with impressive presentation. Well managed by BIKRAM!
