Love the long wait and the never delivered order. Being a restaurant and listing on a delivery app is the first step, next comes actually preparing the order and delivering it; which obviously you missed out. It was iftari and you shouldn’t write it iftari platter if you are not going to prepare and delivering it. Please don’t accept orders if you can’t commit to it. Don’t just go for marketing lingo and play with emotions. Never ordering not setting a foot.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. I placed an order specifically to break my roza, trusting the restaurant to deliver as promised. The order was accepted without any indication of issues, only for me to be informed at the last moment that the food was out of stock. This shows complete disregard for customers’ time, expectations, and religious considerations. If items are unavailable, the responsible thing to do is update the menu or decline the order immediately, not accept it and cancel when it is too late to make alternative arrangements. During iftar, timing matters, and this level of mismanagement is extremely disappointing. Poor coordination, lack of professionalism, and zero accountability. I would strongly suggest the restaurant improve its inventory management and customer communication before accepting orders they clearly cannot fulfill.

It's a new outlet but already one of the best in the city. Better than almost every reputed South Indian places in the city. Do give them a try and support.

Must try if you love having South- Indian delicacies. Hospitable atmosphere and delicious food.
