UClean Laundry

My experience with U Clean Zoo Road was a disaster. They irreversibly damaged my Wife's designer Sador Mekhela and my 3 piece suit through their so-called "professional" dry cleaning. The fabric is ruined, the embroidery frayed, and the garments are now unwearable. Their handling of delicate items is clearly incompetent, and their customer service was dismissive. Avoid U Clean Zoo Road if you value your clothes. They destroyed mine.

They won’t deliver your clothes on time

The standards of this outlet is absolutely poor. DO NOT go by the brand name because this outlet does not match infact does not even come close. Fabric worth 30k given for dry clean was torn and returned with not even 1 fabric in original condition. When complaint raised no response for 2 weeks! Overall - STAY AWAY form this outlet. No proper management, poor quality, NIL to no RESPONSE. There are many other laundry services in the area which will cater to your needs much better.

Not sure how much ratings to give as I was going to try their service but saw a lot of negative reviews and price issues. So decided not to go for it. Thanks for the reviews. I think I may have saved my money. Try to improve your services based on reviews so that more customers are confident to approach you.

Had the worst experience ever with this outlet. None of the clothes I gave for laundry returned clean, they returned dirtier in fact. The staff were rude, unresponsive and even charged extra. Feels like I paid extra for their rubbish. Never gonna return to this. This particular outlet is a disgrace to entire Uclean enterprise.

Horrible service. Completely ruined mine and my husbands wedding clothes made of boga paat and Guna, beyond repair. And when we pointed it to out to them, they showed us another set of paat mekhela of another unlucky customer which was ruined and suggested us to dye ours a different colour!! Cleaners with no basic training. Giving them your clothes would mean ruining them. Do not make the mistake of availing their service.

Worst experience ever. Didn’t even clean the dirt for which I gave for dry clean. Also spoiled the cloth quality of my Pator Sador Mekhela. I will not recommend U cleanLaundry to anyone. They are not even professional and are not punctual in delivering

Very rude owner and poor management and no following rates or rules mentioned by Uclean pan India. This is another example of poor management in assam. The state won't grow is this attitude continues
