Grissini Ristorante

One of my favorite restaurants in Naga. It's a bit on the pricier side but the food is worth every pero imo. The flavors are well balanced without being overly salty or too bland like some Italian restaurants tend to be. My only comment is that they serve the dishes one by one and the waiting time for our order was a bit long even when there weren't that many people.

Fresh ingredients, friendly service and cozy space. There's a lot to love and very few to improve in Naga City's best Italian spot. Their salads are great, pasta's are even better and their pizzas are superb. Pricier than others but the quality is topnotch. Worth the splurge. Ample parking but rather tight but don't fret, their attendants are a big help.

Went on a business dinner here with my boss. The staff were friendly and the food was good! Calming ambiance as well.

The pasta was good. So was the pizza. The place was relaxing. Good light. Good ventilation. I liked the clear window that we can see the chefs who are doing the magic. The price of the menu was expensive for my pocket but we still enjoyed our meal. This place is already on a different level haha. Classy.

Went here around 2 o'clock in the afternoon, and aside from a group that was just about to leave, the place was practically empty. Still, the food took quite a while to prepare. So if you're showing up super hungry, it's probably a good idea to call or message ahead to place your order. The air-conditioning could also be better, especially on a warm day. ☀️ ‎The food, though, came out hot and fresh, filling the room with that kind of delicious aroma that makes the wait feel worth it. The place is clean and well-maintained, and I really liked the flowers on the tables as they add a warm, homey touch. The staff were polite and somehow attentive, which made the visit more enjoyable. 💐😊 ‎we tried the following: ‎• Pasta Scampi - PHP 330 ⭐ ‎• Aglio e Olio Classico - PHP 250 ‎• Ossobuco Milanese - PHP 770 (the beef was so tender but for me, twas outshined by the risotto) ‎• Quattro Stagioni (10") - PHP 500 (you get to try four kinds: quattro formaggio, patate e pancetta, capricciosa, and margherita, but the stellar one was the ✨ quattro formaggio ✨)

We had high hopes for our Mother’s Day dinner at Grissini, but unfortunately, the experience was far from pleasant. While the servers were kind and courteous, the service was painfully slow. Our first set of orders took an hour to arrive—and only after I followed up at the counter and expressed my dissatisfaction. The last pasta dish came out after 90 minutes, and it wasn’t even al dente. placed our orders around 7:15 PM, and didn’t receive the final dish until around 8:50 PM. I've been dining at this place for a long time, but tonight was the slowest. To make matters worse, the air-conditioning inside was malfunctioning, making the long wait uncomfortably hot and unpleasant. It’s hard to enjoy a meal when you're sweating at the table. That said, kudos to one of the servers who remained professional, apologetic, and even managed a smile despite my obvious annoyance. Overall, the delays and uncomfortable environment ruined what should have been a special night. They definitely do not justify the above average pricing in this place. I look forward to a better dining experience next time.

Both the pasta and steak didn’t live up to my expectations. Their saving grace was the stuffed crust pizza. Service can be slow. Crew tends to bundle in one corner to talk to each other without bothering to check on their waiting guests. A lot of potential but sorely needs improvement. Parking can also be a bit difficult as the parking lot gets crowded easily.
