Contains 3 lecture hall named as Kaziranga, Manash and Pobitara in the 1st floor , on the ground Dr. Amitabh Choudhury memorial library and Examination hall for professional, semester exams. A few govt exams also conducted sometimes.

The best lecture hall complex of Gauhati medical college and hospital. It has three lecture halls named Manas, Pobitora and Kaziranga. It has has the examination room where all the professional exams of MBBS are held. It has the Dr. Amitabh Chowdhury memorial library on the ground floor. This library is opened till 8 to 9 pm in yhe evening.
