I was introduced to Iscah when I was seeing Suniti Barua as my therapist. I had heard about her efforts and was quite impressed by her vision. I would encourage her to keep following her instincts, because I could see the successful results firsthand. Iscah is built on dreams, dedication and a desire to reach out and help people - and I can testify it does all that and much more. Iscah is headed by Suniti Barua, my (ex? on and off?) therapist and my good friend. I was seeing her for a year and when our sessions ended, I continued seeing her as someone really interested in what she was doing. That is when I learned about Iscah and Suniti's vision. Suniti has a real knack for understanding people, and she has oodles of empathy. Combined with her sharp mind and a toolkit of infinite, meditative, healing remedies - Iscah was the natural step to reaching out to people. Over the years, I have seen Suniti train herself and her team to give the best in mental health and therapeutic care. I have attended numerous sessions conducted by Iscah and their multidimensional approach to healing is wholesome and holistic. The team at Iscah is a well rounded group of experts and their programs are effective, engaging sessions aimed at mindfully invigorating the self. Suniti is a strong believer of constant learning and so when she is not busy designing her clients' sessions, she often creates educational spaces for her team and followers. Iscah Wellnes shares immense amounts of knowledge around mental health and its importance - they often invite experts in the field, on social media, and hold discussions on various topics. Having worked with both Suniti and Iscah, as an individual and a part of a group, I can honestly say that they have changed my life and my perspectives on mental health and healing.

I had a transformational and meaningful experience. I gained a lot of insight about counselling as well as myself and I believe it provides an open learning space for one who is trying to grow as a mental health professional. They build good foundation and it's really worth it.
