Bishnu Nirmala Children`s Library was established in the year 1985. This library is specially for Children`s who are under the age of 4 to 16 years. This library is situated in-front of Latasil play ground of Guwahati. This library is a successful dream of our honourable ex-chief Minister of assam late Bishnuram Medhi, Who was the 2nd chief minister of independent asssam.
