Our trip to Assam and Meghalaya on May 2025 was made so memorable by Chandhan from Leisure travels. He understood our requirements very well and matched it to perfection. Whatever promises that he made was all met. He followed with us on every aspect and made sure we do not face any inconvenience. He also customized our stay based on our requirements. Traveling overseas with the assistance of Leisure Travels was one of the best decisions I made while planning my trip to Vietnam. My family and I had an incredible experience travelling from Guwahati to Hanoi. The visa process was made really smooth, and the journey was comfortable, all thanks to them. Extraordinary service and support from leisure travels . 5/5 from my side.

We were planning for a family trip to Assam and Meghalaya from Bangalore and were looking for a good tour operator who could provide good services and came across this tour operator. My point of contact was Mr Chandan who gave me an itinerary for 7N/8D . Pros: 1) Mr chandan was flexible with the itinerary 2) A Good driver was allotted to us for the entire duration of trip 3) They did not breathe down our neck for the payment. 4) Service is good Cons: 1) Since I travelled with 2 senior citizens the Cheerapunje home stay was not up to the mark. It was freezing cold and heaters were no good. We couldn't sleep the whole night and woke up with a bad back. Mr chandan could have suggested Jiva Resorts as I had continuously told him I will be with my aged parents. Comfort of parents were of priority in this trip. Overall, the stay in Cheerapunje was disappointing. 2) A complimentary assamese lunch was told in the itinerary. But that was not delivered. 3) The itinerary could have been a little more well planned in terms of the places covered. The places of interest should be planned based on the distance between each places and time taken in each . It shouldn't be too cramped or too hectic for the family and the driver. Overall, we enjoyed the trip. A big portion of your trip will go well if you have a good driver who can prioritize the places to see before it gets dark. However good an itinerary looks it is the driver and his presence of mind which will make a big difference to ones trip. Thankfully, we had a lovely and understanding driver Mr Chand who made our trip memorable.

At first, I was worried, as I was taking my aged parents with me. But the Leisure Travels team executed the whole plan very smoothly. Mr Rafique was taking care of the management in Thailand. Whenever I contacted him there, he always replied promptly. We first traveled to Chiang Rai, then Pattaya and finally Bangkok. My family and I enjoyed it a lot. It will always be a memorable event for us. I thank Mr Chandan and Mr Rafique for their help and suggestions. I wish prosperity to the Leisure Travels team.
