First of all my experience at Apollo excelcare hospital was very good which I would like to rate as below. 1. Doctor ( Abid Ahmed) - 5 star 2. Medical security guard- 5 star 3. Pharmacy staff- 2 star 4. Medical cost related - 2 star Nurses on duty 4 star. Please if possible minimise some treatment course fee and other test fee.since many belong to poor family background and it left no option for survival due to heavy charge of test report.🙏🙏

Without seeing preliminary reports dr. Advised lumber puncture test for baby to rule out meningitis/ Malaria/... If a dr. Can't decide preliminary treatment based on symptoms of baby then what experience dr. Possess. Dr. Gave sleeping dose to a 6 month baby. Sisters and dr using medicine to calm baby what type of pediatricians they are. Also my openion is same for Dr. Prakritish bora. Seeing 7-8 patients a day can't bring experience and expertise. Just white hair doesn't make dr. Experienced. It's exposure to symptoms and treatment. Lumber puncture test is not game that you can advice to a baby just based on high CRP. Why "biofire respiratory panel test" was done when it was diagnosed that baby has UTI and his chest x-ray is fine? Nurses are not able to put cannula properly and Dr. Don't put cannula. It's disgusting. We came to Apollo for the best recovery of our baby but we found that Apollo excelcare is not the right place to visit for pediatric problems.
