A doctor should be available to explain the patients their illness and available for emergency. Dont consider yourself as GOD when you are not. Be atleast basic professional to attend patients on Time. This world is not yours you are just a part and providing service. May be you have forgotten your service in lieu of Money. Dont be a money minting machine. Keep professional doctor under you not Sobe Over smart doctors in your Team who doesnt know how to inject a baby in NICU.

Worst staff management I ever seen , hospital with sach a name and frame if can't help out to book with a single appointment than what is the use of giving the opportunity to book online appointment.. even the staff don't know where the doctor is and when he will be available, they even can't deal with the appointment related queries, even their communications are not transparent... what the hell services are they providing to the public they knows ... I have been trying to book appointment with Dr Prakitish Bora since 1week but I failed due to lack of transparent information regarding the availability, way of booking etc.. what is the use of the staffs and secretary if they can't even help the public with a single query.... They only want feedbacks and they don't forget to ask for feedbacks but they refused or failed to help out the publics ..why all this happening because he is a renowned doctor or because a huge crowds of patients come to him Or He only deals with children who belong to rich or high-profile families, or whose parents are well-known...

Doctor diagnised wrong of my 2 year son. My son was suffering bleeding with stool after diagnosis he confimed piles and anal fissure and gave medicine. But no result after taking medicine and after that we went to AIG Hospital Hyderabad and diagnised there Polyps at anal. After polypectomy my son is cured now
