Medicines are important for our health. If you got medicines at very low price then it's a boon for our life. PM Jan Aarogya Centres are like beneficiary for everybody. Generic medicine at low price. It's adorable and affordable

Janaushadhi Kendra is doing a great job by providing affordable and good-quality medicines to the public. It’s a much-needed support for many people. Thank you for this initiative. However, I would like to bring to your attention a very disappointing experience I had recently. Two days ago, after purchasing medicines, I requested a bill. The staff members at the counter refused to provide it. When I politely asked the reason, both I and my friends were spoken to in an extremely rude and inappropriate manner, including being verbally abused in front of other customers. Unfortunately, I witnessed similar behaviour with other customers during my visit. This kind of unprofessional and disrespectful conduct from staff members is completely unacceptable and damages the reputation of such a good initiative. I sincerely request the concerned authorities to look into this matter seriously and take appropriate action against such behaviour. Every customer deserves to be treated with respect and provided with basic services like a printed bill without hesitation. Thank you.

3rd class shop. 3rd class medicine. Waste of money. Worst staff behaviour.

Most of the medicines are not available. This looks like a scam as big companies may indulge in for non availability of the generic medicines
