Living in Royalty Boys PG honestly feels like a perfect balance between comfort and companionship. The owner is super cooperative and approachable; he actually listens to the residents and makes sure everything runs smoothly. You can tell he genuinely cares about our comfort rather than just running the place as a business. The caretakers are also really helpful — always around when you need something, keeping the place neat, and making sure everyone’s meals and needs are taken care of. They treat us like family, which makes the PG feel warm and welcoming. From evening chai sessions with friends to late-night study hours, life here is peaceful yet lively. Royalty Boys PG isn’t just a place to stay — it’s an experience that makes you feel at home, away from home.

You can see y there's no 3,4 stars.. obvious it's scripted.. no real base review.Only few 1 star people know it's real worth. There You gonna deal with silent pg owner and rageous home owner.. yes u r right there is a home owner too, who gonna came at your door and knock like crazy to say anything disturbing they want. And the silent pg owner not gonna say a word.. just walk by..with a smile. The only thing why because am giving it atleast 2 star is because of the friend that i made there, who now means a lot to me, not there food, not the environment, not the cleanliness, not anything.. just because it was my first time distant from home and the friend that i made. By posting this am not really trying to make it look bad either to promote. They can do whatever as they pleased. But at least they should give security money back...when the student 10 days early clearly said he will be moving before next month. If this post still remains in this review section.. then just know that..I still didn't get my money back.

This pg is the most perfect pg to live in Guwahati. The most important thing is that this pg is very close to all the coaching centres allen,narayana, arch,spm etc. The owner himself is the sweetest and most humble person even the pg caretaker pranjit da treats the fellow students really well. It's hard to get such a friendly pg in such a affordable price. Here we can even cook by ourselves which is absent in rest of the pgs . I have been living in this pg for like 7months and haven't faced a single problem yet. So i will recommend u guys to atleast have a visit to the pg it will not disappoint u for sure!

All the one star reviews given recently here are fake. This is clearly a good pg. I have almost live a half year here and I have clearly liked this pg. The owner is very humble and friendly. Moreover pg has very good environment for study with no disturbances. And if any problems arises the countermeasures from the owner and the caretaker is really top notch. All I can say that if you want to really know about the pg just visit it.
