You guys can shut down the office. Lack of experience. And charges are like sky touching. Very lack of experience very bad. Don't come here, go somewhere else there are so many experienced companies in Guwahati. Don't come here.

As you are aware, reviews are always based on the quality of service provided. Unfortunately, our experience has been nothing short of disappointing and unprofessional. This is not just about unmet expectations but a complete lack of integrity, transparency, and accountability. Major Issues We Faced: 1. Advance Payment Misuse: We were asked to pay 71% of the amount upfront with a commitment of 15 days for delivery for building permission, but after 5 months, no progress was made. 2. Unjustified Delays: How can it be justified that after taking payment 5 months in advance and claiming that documents were submitted to the concerned authorities, you still asked for the most important document 5 months later? 3. False Claims & Miscommunication: We were repeatedly assured that all necessary documents were submitted to the department. However, upon investigating ourselves, we found that not a single document was uploaded—completely exposing the false claims. 4. Avoiding Communication: Instead of addressing the challenges honestly, our calls and messages were ignored, leaving us frustrated and without answers. We trusted this service for a seamless experience but were met with excuses, false promises, and unnecessary delays.
