Very bad service and extremely unproffessional attitude by the owner Nitu Kumar Kalita. It is going to be almost one year and till now this guy has not delivered my videos. Even when you call he does not pick up. Never book your wedding shoot with this guy or you will end up having mental agony just like me. In one word this guy is a total FRAUD.

My colleague's marriage took place in the month of November, 2024 and now it is Oct 2025. Till now, which is almost a year, this company has not yet delivered his wedding's video. Moreover, the owner Nitu kumar Kalita is not even responding to his phone calls. Kindly refrain from taking services from this company, least you are egar on getting mental agony like my colleague.

I only want to say that this Company is highly unprofessional and unethical company working in this field. I would request others to rethink before booking their services. They have completely ruined my engagement ceremony videos and Reels. Even After three months he has not provided me with my albums and Other videos. He has also deleted the raw video files.

I had a very disappointing experience with Precious moment Photography. After the shoot, they took much longer than promised to deliver the photos &videos, and when I finally received them, the quality was not what was advertised—blurry, poorly edited, and lacking creativity. On top of that, their attitude was dismissive when I raised my concerns. They showed no accountability and didn’t offer any solutions. I would not recommend their services to anyone looking for a professional and reliable photographer.

One of the most unprofessional company. They don’t know value of their own words and time. Its been already 4 months they haven’t completed editing reels. Its really disappointing.

Itna time hogya hai ab tak kaam complete hokar nhi mila hai...... This is very unprofessional when you have your own time for taking the payment without any delay!you should also know that you have complete the work on time that you have given...its already 4/5 months and till today we are just waiting trying to reach the photographer.... Communication 0% Professionalism 0% Very disappointed 🙂
