Silpukhuri Post Office SO.

Worst customer service ever. When we call the number of the post office, they will say it’s not the post office . And moreover no response or call back from the post office. They just take your order and keep it for themselves. I still wonder why no action has been taken against them till now . For future reference, don’t ever ship your order to this post office.

What the he'll is wrong with the post men in this post office. There's a number on the parcel for a reason . You should always call. Its not on you to decide where u should deliver it . Sooo many times they've delivered the parcel to the wrong person without even bother calling ,and when don't take accountability. Useless and lazy. And the girl on waiting there with the tattoos is just plain rude and mannerless.

The worst post office in guwahati with the rudest and most useless bunch of workers . The people at the office are rude while the post man is super irresponsible, NEVER calls . He simply gives it it whomever he wants . Lost so many parcels like that . Shamless and no accountability.

I posted a post parcel on 3rd November of 2020 from Hatiyekhua (Golaghat city) post office. Golaghat to Guwahati silpukhuri housing road, Bapuji Nagar , house no. 11.. but receiver has not receive the parcel yet .. please help me

Avoid this branch. Staff isn't well informed and make many avoidable mistakes. Would recommend going to the bigger post office near Pan Bazaar instead.

Worst working people, government office closes in 4pm, they reject even before 4pm.

Staff ready to help and give information. I think it its a sub post office.
