I would highly recommend /suggest this hospital for the reasons enlisted below: 1. Staff is well behaved and experienced. 2. Doctors are quite good skilled here considering the type of facility this hospital offers and provided proper councillor for consultation. 3. Wards can be more spacious considering stretchers have very less turning ratio and can injure patients or staffs. 4. Rooms are well equipped with all the necessary facilities to keep the patients safe and secure. 5. Regular lifts can be installed for general purpose or for families of the patients admitted. 6. If you’re coming through cashless method, please make sure to check all the documentation and try to escalate from the day of the admission as the hospital generally delays the procedure and the insurance and hospital sync for claims is very pathetic. We were made to indirectly stay for 2 days extra with the charges which shouldn’t be ideally applied considering the critically of the patient. 7. Overall, I had a great experience and would highly encourage for hernia surgery and other specialized units.

My experience at Agile Hospital was very good and fully satisfactory. This was my first visit, and I was admitted for 3 days. Throughout my stay, all services were well managed, and the staff behavior was very polite, supportive, and caring. I am satisfied with everything and truly appreciate the dedication of the entire hospital team.

Great experience. We came from Manipur and were struggling with the language barrier here in Guwahati. I had to leave my sister and niece alone for 2days due to an emergency, but one doctor Lucky help them in many ways-language & guidance in treatment. The staffs and hospital management team are well behaved and experienced. We had a very homely and great experience. Highly recommend this hospital to manipur patients who need surgery for Gall bladder and other diseases...

Sharing my experience about Gallbladder&Appendix Surgery. Mid Oct'2025 on USG , gallbladder stone found & Doctor advised for surgery. Admitted on 5th Nov'2025 after some pre operation body assessment tests like blood, ECG,Xray... Admitted on the same day of surgery&Surgery was very smooth. No negative behaviour from Doctors or other medical staff. Operation was done by 30yrs experienced surgeon Dr. Anup Baro..He didn't made me feel that it was a Surgery. Post Surgery the nursing care was really good. Lots of bell rang for nursing service whole night but everytime the nurses behaved properly. Entire medical staff was good like doctors, nurses,ward boy,etc... The cabin was was clean and spacious with lots of wardrobe space,TV &attached clean bathroom. Post Surgery patient food was provided by canteen as per doctors instruction. The hospital building was clean. Highly Recommended.

I recently visited Agile Hospital, Guwahati, for a simple plaster procedure. The total cost came to around ₹4,110, which included ₹1,500 for consultation with Dr. Jaydeep Ghosh, ₹1,000 for minor OT charges, ₹960 for plaster materials, and ₹150 for registration. On top of this, an NCCT test costing ₹5,000 was advised, and later, his visit at Suraksha Diagnostic Centre cost another ₹600. For such a simple plaster case, these charges felt unreasonably high and not patient-friendly. The lack of cost transparency and excessive billing made the experience very disappointing. I hope the hospital management reviews their pricing structure and improves the way they handle simple outpatient cases. I have also done Dr of pharmacy feels gratefull that i m not an mbbs aspirant otherwise i will also become like him.

The response in the emergency room was very fast and nice.But what we found was the service in the semi icu/nicu. it was very very excellent right from the doctor who was present there to the nurses who cared tirelessly for the patient.the icu room was was very clean and well maintained including with all the equipments ready and installed.however the non AC cabin room was just average.it has to improve in the cleanliness of windows, toilets and storage section etc.lastly billing and discharged papers should be prepared faster as the patient gets eager to go home soon.Overall the whole experience was Very Good and we had been visiting this hospital for many years.This was my fourth time being admitted in this hospital.probably will keep visiting in the near future.thank you Agile Hospital.

Everything is very well, discipline and hygiene here! We loved the behaviour of staffs , nurse and all others who worked here, they are so good and well mannered !! Even the doctors are very good too … Hospital facility is also fine. For gynaecologist I suggest this hospital for your best experience, I would must say that best Guwahati hospital. Thank you

It is a highly recommended hospital for surgery medicine, gynaecology, orthopedics, neurology, nephrology and child specialists. This hopital has robotic surgery available that is commendable. And Ayushman Bharat and ESIC is also accepted, great plus because many private hospitals don’t accepts that. And its cost effective than other hospitals . And i have seen that the doctors are very generous and explain the patients and attendants in simple language. The doctors team is good, they check every patients in team.
