Very poor service and extremely irresponsible doctor. On my first visit on 12th November, I waited 5 hours just to meet the doctor. When I visited again on the 15th to show my reports, the staff casually said “Sir has gone to OT, we don’t know when he’ll come back” after making me wait for 1 hour. I eventually left after 1.5 hours without getting to meet the doctor. Totally unacceptable experience.

I had an excellent experience with Dr Nilim Kumar deka.his approach was highly professional and the diagnosis was both quick and accurate .I had femur fracture and the treatment provided was effective and I noticed significant improvements within a Short time.highly recommended for anyone seeking medical advice and treatment.and the hospital staff is very kind❤️

If there was an option to give negative stars, this doctor would deserve it. Absolutely unprofessional, careless, and disrespectful towards patients’ time and money. I had one of the worst experiences ever. First, I booked an appointment at Polyclinic, paid at the counter, and then was casually told, “Doctor is not here, go to another place on VIP Road at 7 PM.” Fine, I went there. Guess what? After reaching, I had to wait for 3 hours again. Finally when the doctor shows up, he says, “Come back to Polyclinic tomorrow, I will give you an injection there.” Before going back the next day, I called and they told me to come at 4 PM sharp. I reached on time. It’s now 7:30 PM and the doctor is STILL NOT THERE. Patients who came before me are also waiting endlessly. This is not just unprofessional, this is outright harassment of patients. If you cannot respect time, you should NOT give appointments in the first place. People are not free to sit for 3–4 hours every day just because a doctor cannot follow his own schedule. 👉 Totally zero value for time, zero professionalism, zero accountability. 👉 Patients’ time and health are treated like a joke here. 👉 Money collected in advance, but no service delivered on time. Warning to others: Avoid this doctor if you value your time, money, and sanity. There are thousands of doctors in this country — don’t waste your energy here.

Dr.N.Deka not only a very good orthopaedic doctor but aslo a wonderful person. He listen his petient very carefully and suggest the right path. Always smiling face and try to help . I suggest , for any arthopedic problem contact Dr.Deka.

The doctor is not punctual and don't attend patients on time. And evn aftr surgery he don't evn bother to take care of his patients he just leave the patient without any post surgery check up and on the hands of assistant doctors....... I ws hoping for a caretaking treatment bt ws not satisfied at all with the doctors care

I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Nilima Kumar Deka. He lacks focus and doesn’t seem to take the time to genuinely listen to his patients. Despite keeping me waiting, when it was finally my turn, he seemed rushed and uninterested, giving the impression that he had no time for my concerns. I left feeling unheard and unsatisfied with the consultation. I wouldn’t recommend visiting this doctor if you’re looking for attentive and thorough care.

When I called to confirm the appointment on 11/01/2025, I was informed that the doctor would be available in the chamber until 2 PM. I made sure to arrive before 1 PM, only to find that the doctor had already left. The staff suggested that I consult another doctor and provided several unsatisfactory explanations. Why was I given incorrect information? I traveled from outside Guwahati, and this has resulted in a complete waste of my time. I am deeply disappointed with the staff's unprofessional conduct.
