Came for opd . Was told it'll take only 10 mins till the doctor comes . The least they could've done was inform me that it'll take time . But nah they had to say it'll be a min before my turn . Been 2 hrs and I'm still waiting. 11 am was when I came it's 2 pm now .Writing this review while sitting here and still waiting for my turn . P.s i travelled 200 kms for this lousy hospital. Thinking pvt hai the services and treatment would at least be better then govt hospital cause of the hiked prices they charge but Honestly one of the worst hospitals ever . Take it from me I've seen a lot of hospitals as a sick person but trust me when I say , this is the worst of all . I'd suggest opt for other pvt hospitals for opd rather then this . Edit : It's 5pm and guess who's still at the hospital.

I had a very good experience at this hospital. The doctors were knowledgeable, the nursing staff was caring, and the overall environment was clean and well-maintained. My treatment was explained clearly, and the staff checked on me regularly. The management was also helpful and quick with paperwork. I truly appreciate their service and would recommend this hospital to other. And also the radiology department is very good .

It is extremely unfortunate to observe the pathetic situation prevailing in the hospital with regard to OPD services. There is an acute shortage of doctors available for OPD consultation. Patients visiting the hospital for OPD are compelled to wait for the entire day merely to meet a doctor. Even after waiting for long hours, patients are often informed by the staff that it is not possible to meet the doctor as the doctor is engaged in OT duties. This situation causes immense hardship and mental stress to patients, many of whom travel long distances and are already suffering from health issues. The scarcity of doctors and the mismanagement of OPD services are resulting in unnecessary harassment and inconvenience to the patients.

I want to raise a serious concern regarding this hospital. It originally opened as Patna Orthopedics, later changed to Parthona Orthopedics, and is now known as Prarthana Orthopedics. Such repeated name changes raise doubts about the hospital’s credibility and transparency. From my experience, the hospital appears more focused on financial gain rather than genuine patient care. The billing practices are excessively high, and patients may feel misled or exploited. Healthcare facilities should prioritize ethics and patient welfare, not profit through questionable practices. I strongly advise patients to remain cautious before choosing this hospital.

Very bad experience with this hospital. It's too expensive. Don't come if you have no money. I have been suffering from 6 months but till this time it's not recovered.
