Worst experience ever the staff is only after money they does not even provide bills and ask to pay extra for box and all does not know how to handle a customer very unprofessional service. I came to dispatch an parcel I packed it properly in my box but they said they can’t I have to buy there box and pack it all my myself when I asked about the bill for the box they said they can’t provide it as it is not in the system. Change the stuff appointment some young people who really values work.

Located at supermarket near GNRC hospital this is one of the busiest post offices. Post offices should provide special attention to senior citizens as they are the prime account holders .They should give more emphasis on providing Better services to the senior class.

The behavior of the staff is highly unsatisfactory, and they are not performing their duties during official working hours. It is essential that the Indian Post holds them accountable for their responsibilities towards the public.

All the staffs are very rude no response to my questions and behaving as if they are IAS officers

My postal order is still not being delievered. I received a message saying its out for delivery and within 1min another message was received saying it got delivered. like really? And i am trying to reach out to them but i havent. Its so annoying how they dont even share there postal delivery person's phone number. I already paid for the order now what i am suppose to do ?? how can you people be so irresponsible ?

Very slow and limited. They dont care about other’s time. I think I need to take a day off to post something via Indian Post Office

This area is 1 km away from . My amazon parcel got arrived here, they never called me or contacted me. Not even attempted to deliver my parcel and now it is in golpara. I don’t know what is wrong with their customer service. I don’t know when will I receive my product. It suckks, man.

This office doesn't even deserve 1 star. My mother's passbook got missing from the very counter and none of the employees even stood up to help. Instead they asked us how and what they can and do about the situation. We wandered from one counter to another and they refused to help. On asking and letting them know the urgency of the matter the lady said " I am not interested in your problems" If these are the words of a Public servant and this is the attitude and treatment towards the public then I must say we as public are in grave danger. These people are the worst and actions must be taken against them.
