Changsari Post Office

There is a rude delivery agent who keeps complaining when delivering the parcels like he isn’t getting paid to do his literal job. They also haven’t delivered my parcel even though tracking id shows item has been delivered. The phone number posted is incorrect and the person who picks up the phone denies he works at the post office. Just a bunch of lazy clowns running this PO. I have issued a complaint against them on the website. I hope they all get suspended from their jobs.

Very bad experience. I went there to parcel a package by normal post. The person informed us that there is no sticker available for normal post, then I opted for speed post. I have paid online, and the payment has gone through. However, he informed me that the payment has not been received, and he asked me to pay cash instead. He said that the online transaction would be credited back to my account within 24 hrs; if not, they will return the cash payment. As they said, I paid a second time, but the next day, he informed me that I needed to submit an application to the head post office for reimbursement. I repeatedly asked him about this before making a double payment. It's the worst post office and has very bad service. Please don't go there for any service.

worst post office ever. They lock the premises by 2.30 when the actual time of closing is 4.30. The behavior of the post master and staff is beyond pathetic. Don't have manners. They act like they are IAS officer.
