Hatigaon Sub Post Office

Its 10.10 now still all Staff is not here and window still close. Govt needs to check on these public Service providers. Attendence punching is higjly recommended.

It’s not fair! Sucha unpleasant office. The window is where they communicate with customers!?🥹🥹🥹 i have never been more disappointed. And my address was in beltola and just 1.5 km away from the post office but they asked me to go to a different location. 0.1/5 Very disappointed

It is located at a byelane adjacent to masjid of hatigaon chariali. Post office is small and over crowded by the agents. Post office employees had a habit of pending the works. I had a horrible and bitter experience in this post office. I had gone to this post office for opening one savings account for my wife on January' 19 and my account was opened on March' 19 as my wife had a RD account in this post office and which was matured on January.

This post office is the worst one ever seen. Whenever i visit there for any work they always say me that there is no link available while the other offices out in Guwahati has the link except for this hatigaon post office. The employees doesn't take this matter seriously.

Very bad service

Pathetic experience... they delivered my parcel to the wrong address. Also their number is always not reachable. I will never use their service for sure. It was really a bad experience.

Very non cooperative and unprofessional employees. Disappointed by their communication skills and services towards their customers. Their empolyees have the worst behaviour which I have ever encountered till date.

My parcel is stuck here for the last 2 days. I cannot contact the post office because they don't provide any contact number and the customer care is of no help either.
