Worst experience. My parcel was suppode to reach hengrabari post office but once it reached the correct post office, They just redirected my parcel to khanapara. If they have problem identifying the address why cant they call us in the contact number we share in our delivery address. Just because its govt. service they are least bothered. No accountability for there work. And they do not have any working contact no.where i can contact them. Really they should just voluntarily resign and let someone deserving take the work. I want to rate the post office in minus.

I have given my parcel at 7/7 today is 13/7 the parcel is still in their place . There's no update. Also they refuse to send parcel in normal post. What a faltu post office. There's so many people experienced the same ..still no action is taken against the staff. Against their irresponsible work. I don't when the government will actually firing people that has no ethics and no motive to work for which they get paid

Very bad, they never call you if there is any problem regarding the location, they hold my appointment letter without any contact but fortunately , i got a copy of the appointment letter in my mail also from my employers but because of this post office, i had a chance of loosing my job, Bullshit post office 😡

Despite putting the correct address & phone number down to very T, this PO did not deliver my parcel and updated that it had insufficient address. The given phone number does not work neither are the employees are ready to help me track it. The most unprofessional customer service ever. Employees are plain lazy to do their job, they just don’t want to search & deliver parcels.

One of the worst and inefficient post office Even after giving proper address and phone number, they said the adress was insufficient and sent it back. If they really didn't find the address, they could have called to the given contact number. These employees are lazy and corrupted.. Nothing else!

The worst post office ever. All of the employees are highly irresponsible. They are very arrogant. My father's parcel was lying there for more than five days and they didn't even bothered to call, and returned the parcel. When asked, "why didn't they call?", one of the arrogant aged employee said, " Post office employees don't call." Okay, understood. What about updating it online? The tracking information of the item was not even updated. Atleast we would have went and checked, as we, the common people are aware of the irresponsible nature of our so called "government employees." It was updated when my father went and checked it at the post office, that too after 10 days, after everything was done. How can this department be so irresponsible? Do they sleep the whole day? My father is 64+. He was sick. Even then he went through this ordeal. Do we deserve this? With all due respect, i request you people to work diligently. Don't just sit and eat.What sort of example you are setting to our generation? To be least bothered about the common people? Think thousand times before doing any irresponsible act. As you arrogant, lazy, irresponsible people are the reason why the younger generation runs away from government jobs. Work for the people, think for them. We are not slaves.

This is the worst parcel experience I have got. My books arrived at the right time but the Worker their didn’t even bother to call me or even tell me to pickup my order. They didn’t inform anything about the situation. And when I went their to enquire they told they had sent back the order to the sender. When I went their they talked so rudely and told me that the package wasn’t delivered there. But when ai checked the list they clearly had my id there. This kind of people should really should be taught a lesson. The worker are super rude and doesn’t do their job.

Worst experience ever, Employees are not cooperative, They don't have professional behaviour, manner. I went there for a speed post, they didnot respond well and they have mentioned that post office is close after 2pm and ask me go to other courier service or post office.
