Panjabari Post Office

Visited this post office only thrice, out of which, twice my work was done without any hassle (server issue one time but that isn't really the fault of the post office staff). The post office staff that entered the information of my parcel into the system was very formal and professional, maintaining a pleasant tone during conversation. I prefer visiting this PO over the one that is closer to my home simply because I haven't had any unpleasant experience here so far

Worst staff, even with correct delivery address they messaged that the address is wrong and send back my parcel. And the issue is that they don’t even called or informed that the parcel had reached their office.

Pathetic Post office incharge…..He directly refused to take my parcel and said if you want to complaint go complaint . He is so so pathetic and rude. I have been living in Panjabari since 2021 and he took just 3 parcel till date. Whenever I go there to parcel he always has some excuses..machine is not working, tracking number is not there etc etc……just pathetic.🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Worst post Office of Assam i post a parcel for speed post. It didn’t reached Itanagar in 10 days when I ask for tracking the parcel is missing! Ruined my parcel

Bad post office in Assam. Officer was in live without permission. All staff are sleeping. No one work only watching mobile.
