A central government office providing various services like speed post booking, parcel packaging, banking services, passport seva kendra, adhar enrollment centre Postal life insurance services and etc..

Worst experience:: My passport booked through speed post from Delhi on 17/09/25 but still today is 03/10/25 the package not delivered to me.

The response to Speed Post booking is satisfactory; however, my inquiries regarding my parcel have not been addressed effectively. Additionally, some staff members are often absent from their posts during duty hours, which is quite inconvenient. Thank You.

Sub: Nondelivery of Parcel Ref: Dated : 06 Jun 2023 Parcel reached Tezpur on 06 June 2023. But the same is not yet delivered even after so many follow-up calls in this regard. We raised the complaint with the postal department on 17 June 2023 Even after all these, the parcel remained undelivered. It was a very important Parcel.

I don't understand y till now my parcel have not received by Tezpur Tmo ,head post office I sent my parcel from delhi to assam on 22 feb. From guwahati they had dispatched my parcel on 27th feb its going to be 10 days Tezpur TMO and PH has hold my parcel yet not received no updating on tracking Even it not showing any updation on my tracking consignment .literally worst experciencs .I have very importants things n document .i agree all are busy in their work but they should not hold like 10 days .

I parceled through Speed post from Bangaluru, my parcel has already reached in Tezpur on 20/12/2023 but haven not received yet.. every time I send any percel Tezpur TMO hold for 3/4 days ..

I parceled through SPEED POST from Aluva HO, my parcel has already reached in Tezpur on 14/08/2023 but haven't received yet. Please kindly send as soon as possible. Could you please check it.
