Very bad service.The postman(lakhe Basumatary) neither delivers the goods nor keeps them in the post office. He keeps the goods with himself and switches off his phone.My house is on the roadside and I have a clear address with the house number. Still they do not give delivery. My house is near the post office.I have been visiting the post office for three days. No one responds.

Justttttt change the time of your post office. The worktime is 6pm and they disagreed for parcel in 2pm. Srsly?? U should mention the timing of ur specific words. Worst experience ever. And the staff show that they are busy with thwir works. Rough behaviour. Very rough.

The postman is always drunk and don't deliver the parcel . Then return the parcel on their own. This is the 6th time he hasn't delivered. Strict action should be taken against him otherwise he doesn't care at all.

The post office was closed, I was there at 4:30PM. Wonder if open till 6PM hold’s good. There was a sign as “computer is out of order “ is this why they are closed at 5PM? Anyways generally I don’t expect post office employee to do honest work of delivering the consignment so I was there to check if my speed post consignment was still there.

Thirds class, ask for courier. Make you wait 15 mind. No counter window. They keep all windows, door closed even in office hours. Watching this post office from last 10 years no improvement.

Worst service one can ever get India post man doesn't even bother to inform you about your parcel n they will return it on there own neither they provide any tracking id to track the parcel

If you can't do the service than please change the policy. We shall come and pick up our pakage. The status show out for delivery but no delivery neither contact details given can be reached. This is the issue public reaching out the other private carrier services.
