Staff Service is so poor. They need proper training how to handle the customer . Thier attitude like a boss or minister. We hate that type of attitude.. ... BAD EXPERIENCE

I don't know I was lucky or something but this is my experience. I was really hesitant to send anything after reading the reviews 😂, I was literally concerned, I even asked the Blue Dart nearby. Unfortunately it was too expensive there, so I had to send through this Indian post. So, I went there (19/04/25). I was very confused to see there was no staffs, the office front was closed, and no visitors. But I got to know the office door by the stair was open so I entered through it. There was this ma'am. And I know she may be the one people are complaining here. But for my experience, she was so helpful and she said it was 3rd Sat (the office is closed every 1st & 3rd Sat) so come back by coming Mon. I went back on Monday, the office was open so there were already visitors and staffs. The person sitting in the counter didn't talk much (I'm assuming he can't speak hindi that much). When I try talking to him, the Ma'am saw me and jumped right in to help. Oh Gosh, she made it so easier for me (it was my first time sending through a Post office). And for the parcel delivery it's also very reliable. I was sending it to Imphal, MN. The item was packed on 21/04 and then reached LGBI Airport on 22/04 and finally reached Imphal airport and then our town on 23 and 24 respectively. That was genuinely impressive for a govt service to be this good. I hope everyone else also get the same experience 🙌

very poor experience. they will make you open your box and take out everything without any assistance, then you will need to fit everything in a box they provide (which won't of a proper size, and hence your things can move around in the box), and when you ask them to fill the box with some packaging material so that everything stays, they refuse and say this is how it works they can't help. also there is no option for card, UPI payment. You will HAVE TO carry cash. and when you ask them something, they are ignorant (specially the women).

Due to a lack of carefulness, its not suitable to be entrusted with work.

The worst post office I have ever visited. Nobody is bother there for customers time. Thay can happily waste our time. Almost 20 days in a month their links doesn't work. Rest days they having powercut issues and staffs stays on leave. Meas if you want to do anything there, you may have to take 3/4 days leave from your office.

Firstly they are extremely slow. Then, their internet server is down at all times. Link failures are regular. Their landline number, is busy at all times. Why? Because either their connection isn't right, or maybe they just keep the receiver off the phone. Now this is the interesting part, when a bigger sized parcel of mine comes, they call me up and ask me or my driver to pick it up stating that they don't have staff or vehicles to deliver a big package. This has happened 3 times. This review is from someone who has stayed in this area since childhood and have been to this post office many many times. Because of their poor service I have had to go to other post offices to post things. I wonder why only this office's Service is so so bad. Always disappointing! I am actually surprised at how many people have given good reviews here.

A typical govt minded stuff and misadventures everywhere
