We admitted my friend’s brother to A to Z Foundation Rehabilitation Centre with the hope of proper care and transparency. While he did return home physically better, our overall experience was very disappointing and misleading. When we brought him back, we found out that the new clothes, pillow, detergent, soap, and other essentials we provided were never given to him. Every week we brought biscuits and fruits, but he hardly received any of them. The food situation was completely different from what was promised. We were told there would be a proper weekly food menu, but in reality, only on Sundays chicken was given. On most other days, food consisted of plain rice with water mixed with turmeric and salt, which is unacceptable for a rehabilitation centre. Many things that were explained to us before admission turned out to be false and misleading. Improvement of a patient is important, but honesty, dignity, and basic care are equally important. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their transparency and care standards so that other families do not face the same experience.

They made our father sick..he didn’t get any food they don’t talk to the patients all clothes are dirt…the food we provide the patients didn’t received any of them

Mera 1st treatment A to Z Mai Lia 2023 Mai ..By The gradge of god..Avi Hum ek dm atcha hai.Or A to Z is a good Rehabilitation centre in Assam...They provide good treatment also.& the Food was good.the behaviour also good..
