I had a L5-S1 disc extrusion, with doctors suggesting me for a surgery. But, I opted for physiotherapy here at sneha. I have recovered well with the therapy. Its been 5 months now. Only a slight stiffness is felt sometimes, however I am thankful to Vaskar sir. He helped me with his treatment to recover a lot and I hope to play again soon. Just a gentle caution to everyone who would be reading this- As sir has good number of patients visiting, sometimes the waiting may get long.
