Very Bad Service Experience – Not Recommended I visited this store to repair my phone (back glass..), expecting professional service and proper problem resolution. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The staff could not fix my original issue and returned my phone without properly completing the repair. After their service, I started facing new problems that were not present before, including front camera malfunction and 5G network issues. Instead of improving my phone’s condition, the service actually made it worse. The staff also did not provide a clear explanation, proper testing, or responsibility for the new problems created. This shows a lack of technical knowledge and poor customer service. I wasted my time, money, and trust on this store. I strongly do not recommend this place for mobile repair services. Please Don’t waste money in Such of Faltu store

Worst service ever seen. Redmi note 11t. Display was not working properly. Receptionist asked original (Rs 6000) or premium (Rs 2600). I told premium because premium displays are almost same as original. For everyone’s kind information let me inform you that the lowest display for this phone is for Rs 1100 (retail price). I know the prices as this was my 4th time changing the display for the same phone. Now the condition is…. After touching 10 times the phone responses 1 time by chance. Moreover my phones battery was working for at least 25 to 30 hours before this repair. Now its working for 4 to 5 hours even if i dont use the phone. Battery replaced by some of his/her intelligent staff. Customer jaye bhar me. They just take the phone upstairs and do whatever they want. Phones should be repaired in front of the customers. Kindly redesign your store for a customer friendly environment so that our original parts dont get replaced with the duplicate ones. Faltu service

I believe I was scammed by Anjani Mobile Store. My iPhone 13 developed a green display issue, so I visited their store for repair. The staff informed me that the issue could be fixed by replacing the display and quoted a price of ₹18,000, claiming it would be an original Apple display. Before agreeing, I repeatedly asked them to confirm whether the display would be original, and every time they assured me that it was. Based on their assurance, I gave them my phone for repair. When I received my phone back, I noticed a system notification in the settings stating “Unauthorized Display,” which clearly indicates that a non-genuine display was installed. When I questioned them about this, they changed their statement and said that my phone’s display IC was damaged, which is why the notification was showing. This explanation is misleading and unacceptable. I was promised an original display but was instead given a non-authorized one, and the reason was only explained after the repair was completed. This is a clear case of false assurance and dishonest service.

Literally the worst service experience. They are there basically to scam you. Went for a battery replacement for my OnePlus 7T, they told me it's not the battery but the CPU needs some repair (whatever they actually means!!). Staff's assistance in resolving your issue is non existent. Also quoted me double the price for replacement battery than other service stores in the market. Would suggest everyone to avoid this place.

I don't even give them 1 star. Very worst experience. I went there on 3 feb for check my redmi mobile condition, because the mobile switch off automatically after using some time and not working. After charging it will return in working condition again. But when I checked from there my phone was totally not working even in charging. Worst mechanic.

A warranty is a promise of quality, and this store has shown that their promises are worthless. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this place. Their after-sales service is non-existent, and they will not hesitate to blame you for their own faulty products and services. Very upset with their behaviour

I changed my iPhone display. One of the worst quality works. Entire con job. Excessively high priced. Very low quality product. Workmanship average, not too bad. Staff polite and good but they use complete duplicate things. Not worth your time, energy and hard earned money at all.
