Centro mall is a good place to visit to purchase clothes shoes and other cosmetics items for your family members and friends, there is a branded Shop for all types of clothes, shoes , price is not too much, you can get discount here, it is a big shop and one stop for your purchase,

I have been to Centro many times ...and all products I purchased from there were top of the line...staffs are also very proficient..but yesterday I had a very bad experience at Centro ..I picked some products from "Tokyo" brand men section.. there was a offer "buy 2 and 40% off" So I picked up 2 T shirts from there ..but later I noticed that there was no price tag on one of the shirts....so I asked the staff and he said it can not be purchased as there was no price tag...I needed the size "L" ...but another T shirt of same size - same color was not available...still I picked the "L"size T shirt...and then I picked an extra "M" size shirt as well so that I could show the price tag to the billing counter as both the products were same, just sizes were different....I went to billing counter with 3 T shirts...I just wanted to ask the billing staff if they could somehow manage the "L" size ...if they allow then I would buy two " L"sizes t shirts...or else I would buy one L and one M... I was standing in a queue at the billing counter meanwhile the person whom I asked about the price tag before he literally came from 2nd floor to ground floor billing counter and talked very rudely and snatched the" L" size T shirt from my hand...I felt very disrespected and humiliated at that moment...atleast he should know how to behave with a customer...his behaviour was very unprofessional and obnoxious...then I left centro immediately without buying anything.....I hope Centro will notice this .This shouldn't happen to anyone.

This place is really very amazing. I am always a fan of Future group and thanks for bring Central to Guwahati. After fbb and BigBazar, now Central is my third choice. I am always happy to use Future Wallet for payment and specially the dhamaka offers you bring frequently. But I think the price is very higher on Central products. Anyway thank you
