Really disappointed with their conduct. We had subscribed to their milk delivery service andnhad loaded wallet with extra money. They stopped the services, saying they will restart in a month. When that didn't happen, we contacted for refund. After that they don't pick up calls. Initially they asked for bank details. But Finally they said to come and collect the money. How can we come so far. All the payments were done electronically before.

Felt sad today seeing the shelves empty. They’re clearing stock and shutting down from 15th February. I’ve been shopping here for 5–6 years, and it was always a wonderful experience. Will truly miss this place.

I personally love this mart. You can find all items of your choice. They sell imported products as well. They also have a dedicated space for frozen items. They also sell organic items, makeup products, hair care, baby products, stationery items etc. The staff here are very friendly and helpful.

Incident -2:( Mrach'25) I recently purchased an item with an MRP of ₹165.00 but was charged ₹200.00 at checkout. When I inquired at the billing counter, the staff responded coldly, saying the stock was not updated and returned the balance amount. While I appreciate the refund, the indifferent attitude was disappointing. The store should ensure accurate pricing and better customer service.

People's Mart is located in a place where countless new apartments are coming up so in the coming days it will be a hot place to shop in. Be it packaged food or raw meat/fish you'll find it all here at almost reasonable (at times a little expensive) prices. Their forte seems to be their sense of cleanliness and hygiene that they maintain in and around the store. Quality of vegetables they sell are near perfect although slightly expensive; m not sure but may be they are organic. I was amazed to find SAJOR CAJU OYSTER MUSHROOMS here by a 100% Organic brand named MUSHOLENA which is pretty amazing as I have been looking for Sajor Caju for quite some time now in Guwahati for their mouth watering taste! It's a good thing that Marts like this are promoting 100% organic products! On the first floor they have some quality crockery items including earthen pots and cast iron pans, but they are quite expensive as well. They have a decent place for parking, although not for more than 6 cars. Hopefully they will extend the parking place in the coming days. People visiting here will find quality solutions for their everyday needs. A must visit departmental mart..... Happy shopping 🛍️💸
