Counters are understaffed almost all the time. No express counter available for customers with less items. Offers displayed are misleading and not updated. DISPLAYED DISCOUNTED PRICES MAY NOT BE SAME AS BILLING PRICE. BE CAREFUL OF SUCH MANIPULATION TACTICS DURING BILLING TIME. Expiry of discount offer written in very small fineprint which is not visible easily. Billing counter staff will bill the product without informing customer that discount offer is no longer applicable. Most of the times the customer will agree for billing after detecting offer is no longer valid. Lethargic staff and disorgansed despite being overstaffed.

Staff from dryfruit section were very useful he don't do anything. Don't know how to deal with customer. Today I have faced an issue with that boy. Working in a store but acting like a Boss

The behaviour of the staff is extremely disappointing. One of the staff members verbally abused a customer, even though the customer was requesting something politely. When the customer responded, the staff member started shouting at them. The rest of the staff stood by without taking any responsibility or trying to ensure customer satisfaction. Such conduct is highly unprofessional and disrespectful towards customers. If needed, you may verify the incident through the CCTV footage. I request you to kindly look into this matter at the earliest.

I found this place to be quite congested. The place feels dull from inside. Though this place is good if your needs are only household goods but if you are looking for variety of products like attire, handbags, backpacks etc. then this place won't give you much option. So, it's better if you go to Vishal if you are looking for wide range of products under a single roof.

This place has a large floor area however no AC. During summer the store becomes humid and suffocating sometimes. It has ample parking space, also has a wide road outside. The store has ramp at the exit however only stairs at the entry. The staffs need to be trained.most of them would be busy chatting amongst themselves and are not approachable. The management should looks at this matter. It has a clothing, household, food sections. However the toy section for kids is not good. Not much option if you want to buy toys or play items for your kid.

Pathetic management. If people like Abhijit are put in billing section rest assured your store is going to close soon.. he has full potential for that.

No parking available with them. Earlier ample parking space was available but now they got some issue with the building management and they are troubling the customers now with the parking. Staff were rudely demanding customers to park on the road if they want to shop there. Did not expect this kind of behaviour from such a brand.

Worst management. Staffs are lazy. If you spend time 30 min to chose your item, then be spare for at least 2 hours. Bcoz billing counter takes 1hour or more. Wrong price tagged in item rack. Managers were chilling inside their office. No overlook. 3 item. I got over priced than tagged price. 1. Floor cleaner- levelled 149, but billed 175. 2. Amul malai panner- Told me 5% off but get 2% off. 3. Icecream. - tagged 108 but billed 120. Its my last visit in this store. Vishal mega mart is better than this. Customer should be aware before going to this store.
