complaint regarding a recent experience I had at your Vishal mega mart protect center ganesh guri dispur assam India i was informed about an offer promotion that turned out to be misleading and not as advertised On 05/09/2025 I was told that 33% off of dove soap when I proceeded to make a purchase i was informed that the offer had terms and conditions that were not clearly mentioned or were changed without notice This caused confusion wasted my time and money and left me feeling deceived as a customer. I request a clear explanation and an appropriate resolution to this issue Transparency and honesty are crucial in maintaining customer trust and I hope this matter is taken seriously and also I am writing to report an unpleasant experience I had during my recent visit to your your store one of your staff I don't know who he is and what post he holds but cashier Aman Kumar told me that he is a manager and also I don't know what its name, behaved in an unprofessional and rude manner When I went to your store for shopping I bought many things like bedsheets, pillow covers, shaving machine, deodorant and also bought from Dove shop which was offering 33% discount. I took all the items and went to the cash counter and when the bill was being made I was told that the discount was not 33% but 33 rupees. I showed the offer poster to the manager and he was shouting at me and one of your other members was standing with him, both of them coming on me and I felt that both of them might beat me up. I was insulted so much there as if they considered me their servant. They were talking to me in a strange manner in front of all the customers and were abusing me in their Assamese language.They raised their voice at me and refused to answer my queries regarding 33% offer As a paying customer I expect to be treated with respect and courtesy which was clearly lacking in this interaction such behavior not only reflects poorly on your brand but also discourages customers like me from returning in the future I request that appropriate action be taken to address this situation and steps be implemented to ensure better customer service going forward.

For kitchen utensil and grocery and baby's cloth it is your best choice to go and shop

I would like to raise a complaint regarding the billing counter today. I was patiently waiting for my turn, yet the staff chose to ignore me and billed a lady who arrived later. I found this treatment extremely disappointing and disrespectful. I hope this matter is taken seriously so customers are not made to feel sidelined in the future.
