Forest Essentials

I recently visited this store to test some of their offerings and the sales associate/(man at the desk) very kindly helped me try the products and gave a few suggestions. Very well mannered. Regarding the products, they are very luxe and you feel the quality when you use them. Especially the body mists, these smell heavenly. Didn't buy anything that day but will surely make it a point to visit during sales.

Sales person needs to be changed immediately. One lady and those guys don't know how to behave with the clients. Very rude and unruly behaviour. They are only making the customer experience worse. Me being a regular customer have bought FE products from many stores all over India but have always liked the services except for one in city centre Guwahati. Kindly look into this issue

Sales person (male) was not friendly at all. Two male were there. He is the superior one to the other male. Didn’t at like his behaviour. Very rude.

The sales people of this store is not at all friendly. Such a shame to have such a unhelpful sales person for such a nice brand...
