Visited 15th October,25 Kar Bhawan, Guwahati for official work. The office is well maintained and the staff were cooperative. The process was a bit time-consuming, but overall, it was a satisfactory experience

The infrastructure is really huge with many sub departments. Located on the prime location of Ganeshguri and at a close proximity to Bus Stop. What was shocking about this place was how this nice building is maintained. It is one of the most dirtiest of all the offices I have ever been to. You will find stains of Pan Gutka literally everywhere.

The new building of Commissionerate of State GST with state of the art infrastructure looks brilliant. The staff is very professional.

Without internal fees they don't work.

One of the worst places in guwahati until and unless you have paid bribe for it ,they're not gonna respond to you. I personally visited 12-15 times for a single piece of paper just because I wasn't offering them anything . The employees were busy sharing their personal life problems with each other rather than working in the interests of the consumer.

Parking space is huge. And the building has been renovated recently. All the complaints for pan gutka stains have been eliminated with this move.

Employees (senior officers) doesn't know how to respect and respond people.. the should be trained about manner. And very dirty place with no maintanance.
