We had very poor Experience with TaxiNation. I booked Innova Crista for 5 days at the same price which was asked by TaxiNation. The owner boasted of owning 50 plus vehicles , customer friendly team and drivers but our experience was totally opposite. On day 1 of our arrival to Guwahti , Driver refused to bring vehicle near to pickup point , On asking the reason he threatened to leave us and asked to contact agency owner. After that we started to observe another set of issues like he was continuously chewing the gutka while driving , which made vehicle smell terrible and unconformable for the entire family. We requested driver to avoid Gutka while driving but he continued and told us to get new driver. We again raised these concerns to TaxiNation owner , instead of resolving the issue or showing any empathy , he began shouting at us. He defended the driver behavior by saying , 90% of driver in Assam eat Gutka , he can not change his habit for just one tourist and asked us to adjust. I said most of driver smoke and drink as well but that does not mean they consume this while on duty - a very poor and unprofessional justification. Due to driver`s attitude, the owner`s approach to resolve the issue and inability to change driver we were forced to get down from the vehicle In Guwahati - a completely unfamiliar place for us , with two children and wife was highly distressing and unsafe . The owner offered to refund our advance and refunded as well but we have not booked the vehicle to get token money back. We hired vehicle from agency to travel and enjoy the trip not to be left stranded. Our experience with Taxi Nation was completely disastrous and deeply disappointing. In contrast, we had extremely good experience with taxi agency we hired for Sikkim trip before coming to Guwahati
