Excellent service by Suryadoy. We, a team of 6 traveled from Bangalore to Guwahati, and its the period where everyone was skeptical about a travel to NE due to the heavy rains and the Teesta Dam outburst at Chungthang. We have booked car/innova with Suryadoy and they have given a brand new Innova Crysta for our 3 days trip in Guwahati, Shillong and Kasiranga. Driver (Pinku) was very courteous and the travels periodically checked about the service, location and guided us for the places to visit in an around Guwahati during our 3 days stay. It was a pleasant experience with Suryadoy. Thank you Ms.Tezmina for making our travel a hassle free and feel good experience.

Synrup Rajee has provided excellent service to us during our Maghalay tour. He is having high level of driving skill and polite behaviour. All accomodations arrange by the agency were very good. We have enjoyed the trip. Thanks to Suryadoy Travels and La Exotic

Never choose this travels unless you want to risk your life. They provide vehicles which doesn't meet minimum standards. Car broke down in the middle of nowhere. We spent 4 hours on roadside where temperature is below zero. Owner behaved very rude and told he will not send other vehicle unless we pay more money. Only the driver provided by them is good and helped us while car is being repaired.

Just wonderful....no more details, believe me Upen and Rajib was great helpful..we enjoyed lots, I am recommending if you want family tour then don't go anywhere else, just call them they will arrange everything for you. U no need to azk anything...as a family we enjoyed a lots with this car hire team,

Very caring travels. We traveled for 10 days in force traveller from Guwahati to Tawang. We visited in and around all the places of this route. Vehicle was in very good condition, very clean. Driver Dhruva became like family member. He was enthusiastic with us. Suryadoy Rravels arrange and do everything according to your wish. Driver Dhruva suggested us to spend a day and night in Shergaon. It was really fantastic. My experience says, Go with SURYADOY Travels without any hesitation.

I have traveled twice with Suryadoy travels. A very pleasant and a fulfilling experience with lasting memories about the travel,each time. Hotels booked for stay were classy like the ones you get in an European tour,food was great,drivers were very kind and trustworthy,you are ensured a very pleasant and a safe journey with Suryadoy travels. Keep up the good work. Very professional.

Owner behaved very rudely. It was the worst travels i have ever seen. The vehicle we were given is not registered as commercial vehicle(yellow number plate) this might be troublesome in some situations. Booked a car with these people because we felt it was cheap little (there was just 800-1000 rupees difference) did we know that we had to cancel our flight as their vehicle gave trouble because of them which turned out much more costly and painful.

No safety measures like anti skid chains taken to prevent skidding of car on ice. We met with an accident while coming back and had to stay at an army camp for the night also had to buy tickets for another flight. After going through all this, the worst thing was the owner's attitude and behaviour. He threatend us to leave mid way and didn't allow the driver to drive at night making it worse for us as we had to catch a flight early morning.
