A to Z Self Drive

Excellent service provided by the A to Z rentals, we initially rented two Swift for a week but one of them was not available so they upgraded us to a Hyundai Venue at zero extra cost, and didn't face any issues with either of them. Cars were in great condition, washed and cleaned as well. Sam was very helpful throughout the week, picked us up at the airport, even dropped us when we returned our cars. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to rent cars in Guwahati!

SCAMMER ALERT – Avoid This Service Completely. Do not book any car from here. They sent photos of new car to scam you. They provided a broken vehicle without proper documentation. The staff was extremely rude, and when I pointed out their wrongdoing, they pressured me to cancel the booking instead of resolving the issue.

Car was in terrible condition. First off we waited 40minutes at the airport for the driver to arrive with the car. When he arrived, the car was extremely dirty - there were old cups, paper bags, left over food and what not. We immediately canceled it. We had booked the car 3 weeks in advance and had made multiple calls to coordinate time and everything and yet they could not deliver a clean car on time. Attaching photos for reference
