Booked two Hunter 350 bikes for our Tawang trip, and what made the experience truly memorable was our host, Prince. From the moment we contacted him till the day we returned the bikes, he was extremely cooperative, responsive, and helpful. He guided us with route suggestions, stay options, fuel points and constantly checked in to ensure our ride was smooth and safe. His support gave us confidence, especially while travelling in high-altitude terrain. More than just a bike rental, it felt like we were being looked after by a friend. ⚠️ Serious Caution – Please Read Before Renting from Brother Wheels I am writing this review after severe mental distress, financial loss, and safety concerns caused by my experience with Brother Wheels. What should have been a simple rental turned into anxiety, helplessness, and humiliation. Key Issues: 1️⃣ Illegal use in Meghalaya The rented vehicle was not legally permitted in Meghalaya (Shillong/Cherrapunji). When stopped by police, the owner instructed me to say the vehicle was a friend’s, not rented. I was forced to pay ₹500, causing extreme fear and stress. 2️⃣ Unfair Terms & Conditions Their T&C makes the customer fully responsible for any breakdown or repair, including battery failure or mechanical issues, even though the vehicles are old and heavily used. 3️⃣ Breakdown with no support The scooty broke down at 6:30 AM on an empty highway due to a dead battery. The owner refused assistance, guidance, or a replacement vehicle and responded aggressively, leaving me stranded. 4️⃣ Financial and physical suffering I paid ₹1500 for towing and ₹350 for battery charging, lost an entire travel day, and suffered hand pain due to a previously damaged (tilted) handle. 5️⃣ No refund or replacement Despite returning the vehicle 2 days early due to safety concerns, no refund or alternate vehicle was provided. 6️⃣ Poor vehicle condition & intimidating return The vehicle was unserviced, unclean, and had existing damages. At return, allegations were raised immediately in a locked, one-sided environment. 📂 All claims are supported with T&C images, videos, WhatsApp chats, call records, and meter readings. ❌ Final Recommendation I strongly do NOT recommend Brother Wheels. The risk to legality, safety, finances, and mental peace is significant.

I’m honestly so drained and frustrated—renting that white and blue Hunter 350 AS 01 FM 6241 completely ruined my 4-day Meghalaya trip. 😫 I got trapped by the bike's good looks, but it was a total mechanical disaster. Just 10 km in, the bike stopped starting, forcing me to kick-start it the entire trip! The pickup was pathetic and the mileage was a terrible 25-26 kmpl because it was unserviced. 🛠️⛽️ ​To make it worse, I was caught by the police and had to pay a ₹2,000 fine because they said this rental isn't even allowed here. 👮‍♂️💸 When I finally returned, a woman tried to scam me with false accusations that I crashed the bike—a total trap to grab more money. I even saw other customers fighting over the same thing! 😡 Please don't be fooled like I was. All the good reviews you see are fake/paid; if you look closely, they are all from accounts with no DP and only 1 review. 🚫 I ignored the negative reviews thinking they were lies, but now I know this is a huge scam agency.
