I would recommend the place if you cannot at once visit Decathlon. The shop has good space for parking around and hence loading of bicycle into the car doesn't become an issue.

A great cycle store with diverse and wide variety of options. Also, the servicing is outstanding here. This store is perhaps the best in Guwahati. The employees are very knowledgeable, helpful and customer friendly.

In a business, just making profit is never the priority over making a bond with the clients and Absolute Biking, has been the example. I wanted to purchase a gear bicycle and for the search of the most comfortable one for me, I visited 7 different shops & showrooms before Absolute Biking. I called them before my visit & the very 1st thing I been asked by Monty was - What's your height? I was really shocked because, none of the previous shops & showrooms ever showed their concern over my height (5'1"). Monty suggested me 4 different bicycles which can be best for me over our call. On my visit on 12/10/21 Monty & Vicky with their staffs given me the most unexpected service, from helping me to choose the correct bicycle to making me understand the bicycle part by part. Best in their service 👍👍👍 I'm getting short of words so, at last but not the least..Thank you to everyone from Absolute Biking and I will recommend everyone who wants to purchase a bicycle under Track & Trail brand, do visit Absolute Biking. Don’t waste your money here. Bought a cycle tube for ₹450 from Track and Trail, and it went bad in just 2 days. They act all nice while selling but don’t care once they get your money. This place is a straight scam. They’re overcharging and giving low-quality stuff that won’t even last a week. They also refused to give me a bill even after asking, which is not right. Please save your money and avoid getting cheated like I did. Never buying from here again.

The guy Monty does know his stuff He does respond to customers well I just bought a montera trance pro from the store U can have brand’s like trinx and sunpeed too Brands like polygon cascade were not available due to shortage I was told The service was good and it was a good experience to buy from there Would recommend the store.

This shop is awesome. Owner and technician ordered and fitted all the parts required to repair my cycle as soon as was possible. This care and attitude to the customer is why Independent bicycle shops are so important, they provide a service that the multinational companies do not.
