St. John's Hospital

I am extremely grateful to St. John Hospital, Guwahati (Christian Basti), as both of my daughters were born there. My experience with the hospital has been truly wonderful. The nursing staff are highly professional, caring, and attentive, always treating patients and families with kindness and respect. From the cleaners to the Sisters and the Director of Administration, every member of the hospital staff works with dedication and compassion, creating a very supportive and reassuring atmosphere. One of the most impressive aspects of the hospital is its outstanding cleanliness. The entire facility is well-maintained, hygienic, and organized at all times. The calm and silent environment adds to the comfort of patients, making recovery and care much more peaceful. I sincerely thank St. John Hospital and all its staff for their excellent service and for being a special part of our family’s happiest moments. Highly recommended.

Don't visit this hospital, u have to wait too long for doctors, doctor don't come on time, patient is less but doctor don't come on time. U have to wait around 4-5 hours after that doctor will come. Never visit this hospital,

Clean and good hospitality...... Patients rush is not there one can like spending time in such atmosphere and the most important thing i liked was that there are no restrictions on visitors here from morning 6am to 10pm everyone can come and look after his/her admitted patient as per once comfort level

Nice hospital with totally clean and hygienic . Not crowed as other hospitals in Guwahati. Limited doctors and staffs but quite good place and we'll maintained. Located at heart of the city. Have to walk a bit to get city bus service else have to come by cab or auto.......................

Definitely the best in terms of hospitality, affordability and ambience . Particularly, extending my deepest gratitude to my Gynae and Obst. Dr. Saurav Kumar Das who has been there althroughout my pregnancy journey with so much care, concern and support and helping bring forth my baby safely on 18th February 2025.So down to earth, humble, decent and very well proficient doctor. Without an aura of doubt, I suggest anyone to approach Dr. Saurav for pregnancy related treatment and delivery. You'll never regret it. Thanks to all the administration, nurses, and all staffs for the wonderful service, helping feed baby themselves, bathing baby, and sponge bath for the mother, all these were not expected of. The hospital did delivered much more than was expected of. Hats off to all!!! May God bless the hospital management, Doctors , nurses, staffs and non staffs equally and may you continue to give that human touch which we all need. Thank you once again.

Hospitality is not good at all... They can't even communicate properly with patient and guardians ... Can't speak Hindi/ Assamese properly.... Visitors or family members face problem while communicate with them....👎👎👎👎

Its 12:08am i am waiting outside the hospital cause i got a call from my patients attendent that the patient is serious. THERE IS NOTING TO STEAL FROM A HOSPITAL, SO WHY TO LOCK THE ENTRANCE GATE FROM INSIDE AND NOT EVEN KEEP THE KEYS WITH THE WATCHMAN
