My Taxi

Very bad experience. One of the worst with travel company. Initially they booked according to hour basis but the driver deliberately drives slow to increase the time. Highest speed was 38km/h in the highway. I’ll never use this service anymore. Not recommend. They deserve zero star.

Personally speaking after today's experience I will never book them again. It was so horrible. The driver deliberately was driving at the lowest speed possible because we had booked him according to time basis. But later they went onto charging distance basis. They didnot stick to their own words. Also the driver was taking pitstop for really unnecessary things like giving picketers money. There were some goons on the street and he literally stooped our car near them instead of quickly getting past the goons. And this was scary. Not at all a safe journey.

The service is dependable and the chauffeur is generally well-behaved and less talkative. But, a few of them aren't well behaved, and they want to run their own deal with passengers bypassing the company. Unlike app based services, that have dynamic fare, my taxi fare is standard and often may be more expensive then the competing services.

I have been a long standing customer to My Taxi. I always had maximum satisfaction while availing services of My Taxi. I even avail their services when I visit North Bengal. Today also I availed services of my Taxi while traveling to Alipurduar. It was excellent. The driver ( Mr. Joydeep) was so cooperative that me & my wife was most comfortable & enjoyed the journey to our best. I would like to recommend My Taxi to my friends.👍👍👍

Our experience was good. They sent the cab at the right time. Drivers' behaviour was good and we reached the airport on time. I recommend them definitely and would use them in future as well.

Very prompt service and they arrive the pickup point before time. Even they can arrange vehicles at a very short notice. Best wishes for them. Looking forward to use their services again and again.

I called and informed about the timing of the ride and immediately got the quote. The driver was punctual and very professional. Our overall experience was good.
