He guided us at many places, suggested great sightseeing spots, and always ensured our comfort and safety. Huge appreciation for our diver Karan Bhai, he was extremely professional, polite and punctual. He truly made our trip memorable. He drove safely, was always patient with our request, and made sure we are comfortable throughout the journey. Honestly without him the trip would not have been enjoyable at all. In summary, the driver deserves full marks and strong appreciation but the tour agency needs serious improvement in professionalism, transparency and customer support. I would highly recommend this driver to anyone who is planning their trip to north east.
