Peindia Cab

It is a scam. Don't ever use this cab. Actual fare is double the fare of booking fare. If you book a cab, you will fall into the trap and you will have to pay more than you were supposed to pay. While booking, the fare may be Rs.300 but after the completion of trip the fare which you have to pay will be 590 or even more. The customer support email doesn't work, there is no way to reach out. Be alert! don't use this cab.

Worst Experience ever !!!!!!! Driver: Tuzammel Hussain ID#333727708 I called the driver twice before he picked up, he was on another call as I was asked to hold. Once he picked up and seen my location, he denied to come to the location to pick me up and asked me to walk to him. I walked around 500m looking at his location, once I reached I called him again. He asked how much it was showing on the app, I replied around 60rs... He said you need to pay more like around 100-120rs. I was very frustrated after walking so long to reach him and then him saying to increase the price above the amount shown on the app. I was near him but he didn't show up to me because I didn't agree to pay him more. This is a valid complaint against the driver and the company. Hope you take some action.

Worst experience! 1. I booked the ride from Anand Nagar to Wireless, it should Rs 21. When I get down, the bill was Rs 68. (absolute shocking) 2. Then when I paid it through G-pay, the driver has not received. He is constantly calling me for the bill. This is such embarrassing. I paid thrice the bill shown at the time of booking and that i not being received by the driver. What the hell should I do? 3. The customer support doesn't work. These companies should not be given licenses to be LIVE. A thorough testing of the app should be there.

Don't take this service. I was overcharged after completing my ride. Ola or uber is better in this case. I was shown Rs 157 while booking the cab. I was charged 189 after reaching my destination. Pathetic cab service. No response from the peindia team. It charged more than ola or uber

Worst app ever. Sometimes it doesn't allocate the location, sometimes they say location cannot be found, sometimes the app hangs. Poisa bosabole app tu bonale thike kintu maintainence eman besi fhaltu. App tu bhalk kamei nokore anyway you guys are losing the customers. App kam nokore jodi bonai ki labh hol?? To the ceo please work on the app at first. Worst service ever.Uber and ola was must better.

My experience with peIndia was worse. I booked a cab from GMCH, and it was so hot so I asked the driver to on the AC. First, he did and as I wasn't feeling cold I asked bhaiyà to increase the temperature and once the car is cold you can lower the temperature. Bhaiya himself was sweating. But denied increasing the temperature saying petrol Price is high. I thought as I was in the backseat I might not get the cool properly so I shifted to the front seat but still, nothing happen. It was just 0.48 km something, like from each gate to the opposite side, I asked bhaiya to stop the car. And guess what he eventually ask me for the money. Total of something 145. I felt it was wrong so went to the office, they said they will return me the money as a coupon but guess what I didn't get it yet. The driver never opens AC even when we asked for it. Bro, it's summer and we book a cab so that we can go comfortably. Why would we like to pay 209-300 per ride for a ride that doesn't have an AC. I better prefer the bus, pay rs 20-30 instead of going in a cab without an AC. Waste of money. And secondly, bike drivers ask for extra money. And I don't know why?? I mean before it was just ola and Uber peeIndia. Asking for extra money is like a trend. At least, before asking for some extra money know that there must be some customer who doesn't have enough money. Lastly, some of the locations don't show up.

Couldn't book a single ride after the recent app updation! There needs to be a sense of responsibility after you capture the market. The booking screen wasn't showing after the first booking and eventually, the driver canceled the booking.

Back to Back Horrible Experience with Peindia Cab 1st Experience : The ride was taken from Guwahati Railway Station to Tarun Nagar ABC , the fare was shown Rs 140/- but at the end of the ride the fare abruptly increased to Rs 174/- whereas the vehicle didn't get stuck in any traffic. 2nd Experience : I booked a cab for my grandfather from Tarun Nagar ABC to Beltola Chariali , on arrival after he was sitted in the cab the cab driver asked about the fare showing in app & on hearing the amount he simply denied to go online & asked for an amount which was higher than the fare which was shown in the app. How can I trust Peindia Cab if your driver asks me to go offline for a ride in which my grandfather is traveling to whom Guwahati city is not known & also charges me a higher rate even before taking the ride. Finally I asked my grandfather to come out of the Cab with all his luggage as it didn't feel safe to send him to his destination through Peindia Cab. Vehicle number AS-01-GC-4931
