Rapido Bike Taxi- Guwahati

I am writing this review out of disappointment. Most Rapido drivers in Guwahati are very unprofessional, often provide unsafe rides, and regularly demand extra money after accepting the trip. Not a single day has gone without a driver asking for additional payment. Many drivers also refuse to come to the exact pickup point. I have used Rapido in many cities across India, but Guwahati is the only city where this problem is so common. This is extremely disappointing and Rapido should strictly train drivers to stop asking for extra money and behave professionally.

I booked a cab from Jubels Inn VIP Road, Bormotoria till Lokpriya Gopinath international Airport. Rapido app was charging around 800 INR change, but when we reached the airport, the driver asked for 1057 INR. I was shocked to my disbelief wherein i have been over charged without any valid reason. This to me is a daylight robbery & extortion. Interestingly, when i checked the app to made a complain... I couldn't see my ride. First time using the app for booking cab and unfortunately it will be my last. Truly disappointing.

Worst everytime why do they deman extra money as if the company is not paying them money don't hire them if they don't know how to talk to customer we book ur ride so that we'll reach quickly but it's just a waste of time and money charging extra (mr tinku nath )

Rapido Cab Driver Jayanta Das of Guwahati behavior towards me as a Customer was very Rude and Inappropriate. PL TAKE ACTION AGAINST HIM.HE SEEMED TO BE IN AN INTOXICATED CONDITION TOO.REGARDS

I am right now infront of office but the office is closed. The customer care is said I have to visit the office. Now how can I solve my issue

One of the most rudest and nonsense driver of Rapido . He misbehaved and cancelled the trip . My father was a 67 year old man . The driver misbehaved so much

Person asking more money then not cancelling the ride as well, They wanted to cancel by myself. Weather, I don't have any problem, the rider have problem with the money that shown in your app. His accepted ride and going to his own home.
