Rocket Cab

I booked reservations with rocket cabs just via a call paying a minimum token of 10% of total amount. Post Darshan of Maa kmakhya Chinmoy Da was right waiting at hotel. The overall car and driving experience was very pleasant. He beautifully made the entire journey fresh and sharing good knowledge at last he carried our luggage inside railway station which shows his commitment towards work, without any second thought whenever i ll be in Assam i will contact him. We had booked a cab through Rocket Cab for a 9 day trip to Assam, Arunachal, and Meghalya. The car provided was clean and the best thing about the trip was the driver and his behaviour. He was an awesome driver and kept things so relaxed and comfortable for us. The trip would have never been the same, had he been not wih us on he trip. I had a great experience recently on my Meghalaya trip with Chinmoy. He was super punctual, friendly and responsive. We got a Dzire which was very clean, and well maintained (the dirt in the picture was picked up by car during construction zone). He is a highly skilled and safe driver with local knowledge and contacts. He also acted as our tour guide providing useful insights and recommendations. We had to change our itinerary mid way, Rocket Cab (Nitai) and Chinmoy made the necessary adjustments with a reasonable charge. Overall, I’m super happy with the experience and will definitely recommend to others.

After cancellation of flight by indigo at last moment, they helped us reschedule the whole trip without any hesitation or charges. We felt very safe and comfortable throughout the whole 7 days of trip and around 1k kms of total journey. The service was excellent. Dhrubo da, the driver is very polite, knowledgeable and kind person apart from his excellent driving skill. Highly recommended especially if you are going as a couple.

We have just finished Guwahati and Meghalaya tour with our friendly driver Ajith. He is an excellent driver. The road from Shillong to Cherrapunji was in very bad condition due to heavy rains. But Ajith drove the vehicle in full control and confidence. We feel safe with him. He was quiet and hardworking. Never interrupt our conversation. He mind his own business. Ajith was punctual.
