Very bad behaviour by the owner. Called to inquire about the rate of the certain set of tyres and he started arguing saying that one should not ask for prices over the phone. Unprofessional and poor conduct to say the least!

Had a bad experience recently. Bought two Continental tyres last year, with bill and warranty. Recently, there was an issue with one of the tires and when I wanted to claim warranty, to my surprise, I was told that the tyres are not registered and hence I can't claim warranty. It's the job of the dealer to register the tyres for warranty and it seems they haven't taken the required steps for registering the tyres. It also appears that RF Tyre didn't even have the credentials to sell Continental tyres in the first place. Utterly disappointed with the outcome as I can't claim warranty for a tire which is not even a year old and has to pay full price for a new tyre. I'll surely be avoiding them from now on.

Fantastic owner. Good and quick service and reasonably priced.

Owner is very ill behaved. Tried to give wrong info about other brand tyres. When I caught his lie he got aggressive. 100% not recommended.
