Many people had difficulty finding the branch due to outdated Google maps location. So here's some update for help - The Christian Basti Branch had moved from Nezone plaza building to the building nearby the SreeNagar GS Road Traffic Point, at Ground Floor, Jay Kay Heritage, GS Road, next to Hotel Gateway Grandeur. Thomas Cook office is above the branch. Check the images taken on 08/06/23. Visit accordingly.

Very poor customer service. Went for open salaried Account and make wait for 2 hours to opened account. Kindly see footage clip (HDFC BANK) of 29.03.2019 1. Lady Executive told me they open salaried account only on 2nd of the every month which is not happen in any HDFC Bank. 2. Every staff are passing from one desk to another desk. Not taking responsibilities. 3. Staff not supportive 4. staff told me salaried account kit hide inside it will take time to find out kit. 5. Staff said server down but they were working there work on system which is not true. 6. Sometime they said end of the year and end of the month. 7. Sometime they asked me to come evening. Some asked to come next day. When I want to meet Branch Manager they are speechless. But I went directly to Branch Manager cabin, he help me finally.

There is no HDFC bank at this location!! Dnt know who is at fault, its google or the HDFC bank! Very Pathetic, you drive/take bus and walk for half km only to find that there is no bank! Had to walk for 2 km more to reach to the bank which is near hotel grandeur!

This bank on the pretense of providing me a loan, asked me to open a savings account that requires the maintenance of average monthly balance (AMB) which is 25K minimum. The AMB has not been maintained from time to time and they deduct the same for non-maintenance, that is fine but the issue is that now my balance has gone into negative. According to RBI guidelines, a bank cannot charge negative balance due to non-maintenance of balance in a savings account. When I informed this to the Branch Manager, he could only tell me that he is not aware of such guidelines and he can only waive off a portion of it which is not true. There is no information on negative balance anywhere in their website and at the same time I was not informed of this. Also, at the top of all this the bank refuses to acknowledge RBI's guidelines. There are other issues as well that I had to face but I would like to point this one out as the refusal to acknowledge RBI's guidelines by a private bank is quite serious. I wonder how they are still existing.

The bank branch has now shifted over to opposite of Police Point. Alternatively, if you don't know police point, search for 'Hotel Gateway Grandeur' on Google Maps and you'll find the bank just adjacent to it.

Very poor customer service. When asked for help regarding issue of statement, customer representative Asif Mohammed talked inappropriately(screamed) and asked me to go and take help from any other branch cause he wasn’t available at the office at that point of time.
